first of all, we need to clarify something : this is a fan site and has no connection whatsoever with 3 Arts or anyone else from the movie business.
Some of their staff might be reading this forum once in a while, in their own free time  but we have no way of knowing it. 
So whatever issues you (think) you have with 3 Arts, take them there. This forum is not the place for such things.
